During the existence of the company, we have gained rich experience in cooperation with Shipyards in different countries of the world. The company has its own repair base in Turkey and Ukraine, as well as mobile teams that have the ability and the required documents to provide services worldwide. We are also constantly and actively engaged in the development of professional activities in new directions and locations. Our range of services includes:
Hull repairs
We have the ability to repair hull structures of any complexity. Repair works are carried out in accordance with the requirements of Classification Societies and international standards.
- All types of repair of hull structures of large and small areas, namely:
- shell plating (bottom, side), as well as decks and platforms with the adjusted stiffeners.
- transverse and longitudinal bulkheads.
- plating and stiffeners of hatch covers.
- superstructures and wheelhouses.
- Repair of hull fittings (portholes, superstructures' external doors, cabins' doors, gangways and others).
- Repair and replacement of pipelines of various diameters, as well as various materials.
- Repair of deck equipment (bollards, roller chock hawsepipes and rollers, signal masts and others).
- Repair and manufacture of foundations for various devices.
- Recovery of machine parts and hull structures by welding.
- Modernization work on the ship (manufacturing of new parts of the ship's hull of varying complexity, in accordance with the design documentation).
- Repair of hull damaged areas (emergency repair).
During repair works performing, our Company uses modern welding materials and welding equipment. All works are carried out by qualified and certified specialists.
Details and parts of hull structures can be produced either on board of the ship, or in the workshop.
Ship Modernization
Our Company performs work on the modernization of the vessel, such as increasing the deadweight of the vessel by cutting it up and installing an additional hold. The same is performed using a set of unique hydraulic ship trolleys which allow for the alignment if hull halves after cutting and moving them apart followed by docking to a newly-built hold.
Besides, cargo holds coamings can be built-up, either together with the installation of the additional hold or without, depending on the Class modernization project for a certain ship type. Repair of ships up to 5,500 tonnes dock weight may be performed at the boathouse and floating dock which is in full working condition and is staffed by professional teams of shipbuilders of all necessary specialties.
Propeller Shaft Repairs
Mechanical repairs
- Repair of Main and Auxiliary Engines of all power ranges, two- and four-stroke, trunk and crosshead, in all volumes - from motor cleaning to major overhaul.
- Repair of compressors and pumps of all kinds. Current and restoration repairs.
- Repair of heat exchangers of all types.
- Repair of separators.
- Repair of the Remote Automatic Control Systems and automation of Main and Auxiliary Engines.
- Repair of deck mechanisms - winches, capstans, windlasses.
- Repair of turbochargers with balancing of the rotor of any size.
- Repair of fuel equipment of the Main Engines of any design; adjustment of the working cycle in the workshop and on board of the ship.
Emergency Repairs
An emergency repair might become necessary at any time for any vessel. Some of the most common types of emergencies are hull repairs, engine repairs or rudder repairs. Our "riding teams" are always ready to lend a hand in such situations.
